How can I book a service with La Rubia Consulting?

Booking a service is simple! Visit our website and click on the Consultation tab. From there, select "Initial Consultation" or "New Guest" to complete questionnaire and book the date and time that works best for you.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

We value your time and aim to provide exceptional service. Please review our cancellation policy:

  • Notice Period:
    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellation Fee:
    A $15 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without prior notice.

  • Virtual Appointment Deposits:
    A $15 refundable deposit is required for virtual appointments. If canceled within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • In-Person Appointment Deposits:
    A $15 deposit is required for in-person consultations. This fee may be waived depending on your distance from our office. Please contact us to discuss eligibility.

  • How to Cancel or Reschedule:
    Contact us via email or phone during business hours to cancel or reschedule.

  • Exceptions:
    Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! We offer:

  • Free Virtual Consultations for all clients.

  • Virtual Appointments require a $15 refundable deposit to book. If canceled within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • In-Person Consultations for local Delaware businesses with a $15 deposit required to confirm the appointment. This deposit may be waived depending on your distance from our office. Contact us to determine eligibility.

Why do I need to sign an NDA with La Rubia Consulting as a client?

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensures that all sensitive information shared during our business relationship is kept confidential. Why do I need to leave my card on file?

We require clients to leave a card on file to ensure streamlined payment processing and guarantee timely payment for services rendered. This also allows us to handle deposits, recurring payments, and any unforeseen charges more efficiently. Rest assured, your card information will be kept secure, and we will notify you before processing any payments.

What is your late payment policy?

A 10% late fee will be applied to payments not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.
