Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Management Intern to assist with organizing and managing our product inventory. This internship provides hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, and SEO optimization, with an opportunity to learn how to maximize efficiency using cutting-edge tools like Wix and Google Workspace.


Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:

- Track and update inventory status by marking products as "out of stock" on spreadsheets.

- Ensure all inventory images are up-to-date and accurate.

- Delete duplicate products, consolidate same-product variants, and remove products with no SKU.

- Create categories, update product descriptions, and assign correct product categories.

- Add basic product information (name, description) to the “Additional Info” section as needed.

- Develop and manage subscription services for products over $25, enabling auto-reorders.


Product & SEO Optimization:

- Fix any algorithm issues related to product wording.

- Maximize SEO by ensuring correct product tagging and metadata entry.

- Optimize product listings for better visibility on the website.


Wix Management:

- Use Wix software to update and maintain the website.

- Create new product categories as needed and ensure products are placed in their correct categories.


Visual Content Management:

- Use Photoshop (or similar software) to create or update product images.

- Edit images to create different variants, if necessary.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper product representation.

  • Ensure all policies and product descriptions are consistent across the website.

  • Answer/help costumer restock inquiries in website inbox



Requirements:


Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Wix software for website management.

- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar image editing software.


Organizational Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail for managing product listings and inventory.

- Ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.


Communication:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with inventory management or logistics is a plus.

- Familiarity with SEO practices and website optimization strategies.
